MIKE
At age 69, this will be the 15th ultramarathon Mike's completed, for all of which he has strived to raise money for vulnerable children. Like all those before this, Mike has trained hard in order to complete this endurance test of mind and body.
Camp One Step, a program of Children’s Oncology Services, gives children with cancer the chance to laugh, play, and connect in a supportive community. Through in-person and virtual camps, kids build confidence, make lasting friendships, and experience the joy of childhood—free from the pressures of treatment.
A cancer diagnosis can take away a lot, but at Camp One Step, kids rediscover what childhood should be—full of fun, friendship, and new experiences. Your donation helps make camp possible, giving these kids the freedom to explore, connect, and build confidence in a space made just for them.
